- The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the Defense ecosystem, either in government or the private sector. - A robust and active network of contacts within the Air Force and the broader Department of Defense is essential for success in this role. - The candidate should possess a deep understanding of the DoD budget process and relevant points of engagement within various Program Offices and Commands. - Experience in contracting and delivering new capabilities is crucial for identifying and closing economic opportunities for Hermeus. - The successful individual will be able to effectively interface with engineering, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment with government needs.
