- The Director of Growth will be responsible for expanding engagement with the defense and intelligence enterprise in the U.S. and allied markets.
- This role involves identifying and coordinating responses for white papers, RFIs, and RFPs to support business development activities.
- The candidate will develop briefing materials, including PowerPoint presentations and pricing documents, to support business development efforts.
- The position requires representing Hermeus at trade shows, conferences, and engagements with government stakeholders.
- The Director will also support the development and implementation of Hermeus' capture strategy and drive outreach across the defense ecosystem.

- The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the Defense ecosystem, either in government or the private sector.
- A robust and active network of contacts within the Air Force and the broader Department of Defense is essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess a deep understanding of the DoD budget process and relevant points of engagement within various Program Offices and Commands.
- Experience in contracting and delivering new capabilities is crucial for identifying and closing economic opportunities for Hermeus.
- The successful individual will be able to effectively interface with engineering, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment with government needs.
