✨ About The Role
- Responsible for driving the productization of Hermeus' roadmap and leading the execution of contractual and proposal efforts
- Develop and maintain relevant product roadmaps with input from engineering, growth, and executive leadership
- Manage collateral development including product tear sheets and documentation for customer engagements
- Ensure on-time and on-budget contract execution and delivery, acting as the primary interface with customers
- Identify and maintain relationships with suppliers to improve product offerings and win rates
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced product/program manager in the aerospace industry with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Strong contract management skills with a track record of successfully managing product roadmaps and executing contracts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and suppliers
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends and drive product innovation
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field required, with a Master's degree preferred
