✨ About The Role
- Follow standard workflow documentation and workmanship processes in accordance with specific certifications
- Perform soldering tasks including wire terminations, splices, and PCB work
- Assemble and modify cables and harnesses, conduct precision mechanical assembly, and utilize specialized instruments for testing and validating assemblies
- Report non-conforming material processing and provide feedback to leadership and engineering for process improvements
- Required to obtain specific certifications within the first 90 days of employment

- Minimum of three years of electro-mechanical technician experience in aerospace, medical, or related industries
- Proficiency in fabricating complex military/space cables and harnesses using crimping, soldering, and other industry-standard termination methods
- Experience in layout, assembly, and wiring of complex electromechanical assemblies
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and collaborate effectively with Quality Control inspectors and Quality Assurance personnel
- Meticulous attention to detail, high accuracy in following complex work instructions, and proficient hand-eye coordination with standard mechanical and electrical tools
