✨ About The Role
- Responsible for technical and non-technical management of multiple space technology projects, acting as the project interface to customers and organizing customer-facing project reviews
- Leading project planning, requirements scope and change management, and ensuring cost and schedule compliance
- Leading smaller projects independently and larger projects with systems engineers for teams consisting of design, electrical, software, project engineers, and technicians
- Managing technical and project-level risks, staying on top of scope changes, and identifying and communicating corrective actions
- Compiling and presenting project status, schedule, and budgetary statistics to customers or company management
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced program manager with a background in developing and manufacturing complex aerospace products or technologies
- Skilled in leading project planning, requirements scope, change management, and ensuring cost and schedule compliance
- Ability to manage technical and project-level risks, stay on top of scope changes, and communicate corrective actions effectively
- Strong communicator who can organize and lead customer milestone reviews and present project status to customers or company management
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology management, or a related field with 5-10 years of relevant experience
