✨ About The Role
- The Program Manager will lead and execute critical system implementations for DoD, IC, and Federal/Civilian customers.
- Responsibilities include defining, planning, executing, and monitoring a portfolio of strategic programs and projects.
- The role requires engaging stakeholders on programmatic and technical topics, including product capabilities and implementation requirements.
- The Program Manager will serve as the primary contact for customers and external stakeholders to implement the Hypori product in complex environments.
- Developing Statements of Work (SOW) and Government proposals is a key responsibility of this position.
- The candidate will represent the product and customer implementations in public forums such as trade shows and conferences.
- The position requires the ability to identify and manage risks/issues within the program and define corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of practical experience in DoD, IC, and/or Federal/Civilian Program Management.
- A strong background in managing complex, multi-program enterprise organizations is essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proven experience in software delivery methodologies and portfolio management for SaaS or hybrid software deployment models is required.
- The ability to rapidly build trust and confidence with internal and external stakeholders is crucial.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is necessary, with advanced degrees preferred.
