- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts for technical and non-technical roles at Hypori
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure competitive compensation packages
- Compile and analyze people-related data to drive informed decision-making
- Partner with the People Operations Lead to design and execute overall team strategy and initiatives
- Contribute to enhancing company culture through engagement initiatives and events

- Experienced talent acquisition professional with at least three years of experience in a high-growth tech/SaaS environment
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented individual with a passion for building diverse and inclusive teams
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, leveraging data for decision-making
- Thrives in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and critical internal processes efficiently
