✨ About The Role
- Guide the technical strategy and execution for Account Authentication & Recovery, Account Management & Customer Implementation, Channel Partnerships & Solutions Integrations, and the Developer Portal
- Spearhead the development of cutting-edge solutions for omni-channel authentication, seamless customer integrations, and personalized member experiences
- Work closely with Product, Design/UX, Data Science, Fraud Prevention, and Customer Success teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to key product functionality and user experience
- Address the growing needs of the user base and customers by enhancing GTM capabilities, optimizing integrations, and ensuring system scalability
- Implement robust fraud protection measures focusing on preventing account takeovers and ensuring data accuracy and security

- Significant leadership experience in engineering within tech companies, with a strong preference for backgrounds in identity management, authentication, or related fields
- Deep understanding of modern authentication technologies, security protocols, and data management practices
- Ability to align engineering strategies with business objectives, anticipating future trends, and making data-driven decisions
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and drive teams towards achieving ambitious goals
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in technology or business management are a plus
