- Lead a cross-functional team focused on developing the ID.me Developer Portal, ensuring it meets the current needs of developers and is scalable for future growth
- Drive the strategic vision and planning stages of the Developer Portal, championing innovative ideas supported by comprehensive research
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design specifications for the Developer Portal, maintaining high standards and consistency
- Advocate for developer-centric design principles, validate designs through user research, and incorporate developer feedback to enhance the experience
- Collaborate with other designers to drive overarching design strategies for the Developer Portal, utilizing the latest UI/UX trends and technologies
âš¡ Requirements
- Over 7 years of experience in UX design, particularly in roles overseeing complex design projects, with a focus on developer tools or platforms
- Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and other industry-standard tools
- Strong communication skills to inspire and guide a cross-functional team, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and executive leaders
- Deep understanding of developer needs and behaviors, translating them into user-centered design principles and practical implementations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing short-term deadlines with long-term goals
