✨ About The Role
- Lead the strategy to evolve the existing CSAT program to drive product changes through insights
- Consult with business and design research studies to meet organization objectives and project manage cross-functional initiatives
- Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and data-backed recommendations to stakeholders
- Conduct root cause analysis to understand customer dissatisfaction and recommend actionable solutions
- Design and implement an NPS program to gather feedback regularly from ID.me members

- Experienced in analyzing Voice of Customer (VOC) data to improve member experiences through data-driven insights
- Proficient in Qualtrics and survey design with a strong ability to influence change through data-backed learning
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication abilities to convey findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously, make independent decisions, and meet deliverables with minimal oversight
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to changing priorities, and demonstrates a strong work ethic
