✨ About The Role
- Influence the go-to-market strategy over a 1-2 year horizon and translate it into detailed plans during annual planning season
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends
- Develop custom data models, dashboards, and analyses to derive insights from company data sources across sales, marketing, customer success, and product
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on sales metrics and trends
- Collaborate with sales leadership and Finance to develop and maintain metrics tied to revenue team goals and corporate KPIs

- Experienced in revenue operations, analytics, or management consulting within technology, media, finance, or healthcare industries, with at least 8 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in developing accurate reports and dashboards using tools like Salesforce, Tableau, and Thoughtspot
- Skilled in requirement gathering for analytics solutions across various technologies and project scales
- Strong problem-solving abilities to synthesize data and provide executive-level insights and recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels
