- Partner with sales leadership and business ops to translate key sales strategies into training programs
- Create resources and tools to increase the sales team's knowledge, competence, and confidence in serving clients
- Develop and execute Value Selling programs to enhance sales techniques and drive account management best practices
- Design and maintain sales certification opportunities to drive accountability, engagement, and measure program success
