The Principal Product Manager will be responsible for owning the growth experience for ID.me Marketplaces, focusing on member activation, email recommendations, loyalty programs, and referrals
Key responsibilities include independently driving product strategy, empathizing with users to understand their needs, defining KPIs, writing detailed requirements documents, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders for commercial success
The role involves developing product vision and strategy, prioritizing features using data and insights, conducting market research for expansion, and operating a high-performance organization
The ideal candidate will be part of a mission-driven team serving communities such as Veterans, Teachers, First Responders, and Nurses, and will have the opportunity to lead a high-growth consumer marketplace with a focus on digital access and inclusion
