As Chief Of Staff/Office Manager, at Impulse, we're seeking a versatile, high-energy professional to serve as the backbone of our compact DC office (4-6 team members). This hybrid role reports to the Company's General Counsel & VP of Government Relations, and combines strategic Chief Of Staff duties—supporting executive priorities and cross-functional coordination between the Government BD, Government Relations and Legal teams—with hands-on Office Manager responsibilities for smooth daily operations. Ideal for a proactive multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, you'll ensure our DC presence runs efficiently while advancing our mission to shape space policy and secure partnerships. NOTE: This position is on-site in Washington DC.

Additional Information: Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity. In addition to base salary, for full-time hires, you may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of stock options, and access to medical, vision & dental coverage as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.
