- The Senior Clinical Project Manager will work alongside the Head of Program Management to manage complex clinical and R&D-related projects.

- The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Project Management Plan and managing program timelines and key milestones.
- The position requires participation in project/study team meetings and ensuring that meeting minutes are finalized and communicated to the larger team.
- The role includes identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation plans while collaborating with various stakeholders.

- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant business and/or scientific discipline, preferably in life sciences.
- A minimum of 5 years of clinical project management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or clinical research organization industry is essential.
- The candidate should possess a deep understanding of project management protocols and principles applicable to the biopharmaceutical environment.
- Strong leadership, management, and coaching skills are necessary, with the ability to monitor and delegate work effectively.
- The successful individual will be comfortable navigating and managing through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
