✨ About The Role
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze training needs and refine learning objectives for pilots of Urban Air Mobility aircraft
- Develop, maintain, and revise courseware and multimedia assets to support effective flight instruction for trainee pilots
- Collaborate with graphic artists to create effective images for courseware content
- Provide support and guidance to instructors on utilizing courseware materials effectively
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, clarity, and functionality of the courseware
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced courseware developer with a minimum of 3-4 years in the aviation or related industry, familiar with developing training materials for pilots
- Proficient in using courseware authoring tools and instructional design to create engaging learning experiences for trainees
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, to collaborate with subject matter experts and instructors
- Detail-oriented individual with organizational skills to conduct quality assurance checks on courseware content
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing requirements and priorities
