Facilities Technician III
The Facilities Technician III is a mid-to-senior level technical role responsible for maintaining building systems, supporting manufacturing operations, and ensuring safe, reliable facility performance across the site. This position supports daily operations, preventative maintenance, and emergency response as part of the facilities team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility systems
- Support manufacturing equipment infrastructure and utilities
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and general building systems
- Respond to facility service requests and operational issues
- Support emergency response and incident command activities
- Assist with vendor coordination and project work
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
- Support multi-building operations as the site grows
Required:
- 3–7+ years of facilities, maintenance, or technical trade experience
- Strong skills in one or more trades: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical systems
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or campus environments
- Strong safety awareness and compliance mindset
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Desired:
- Cross-trade experience (electrical + HVAC, etc.)
- OSHA or technical certifications
- Experience with CMMS or work order systems
The target base pay for this position is $27-$37/hr. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
