- Strong computer skills are essential, particularly proficiency in data analysis tools such as LabVIEW, Matlab, or Python.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively communicate with colleagues across various technical disciplines.
- The candidate should be able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- A can-do attitude is crucial for thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Previous experience with flight test activities, especially in eVTOL or UAS-related projects, is highly desirable.
