- The role includes authoring and developing test plans for FAA certification, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer in a relevant industry, showcasing a strong background in composite manufacturing processes.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering is required, or alternatively, 6+ years in a comparable role, indicating a solid educational foundation.
- Proficiency in Composite Part Design (CPD), Fibersim, and Generative Shape Design (GSD) is essential for success in this role.
- The successful candidate will have experience with various composite manufacturing techniques, including hand layup lamination and autoclave operation.
- Strong analytical skills are necessary to assess manufacturing challenges and effectively address non-conformance reports (NCRs).
