✨ About The Role
- Responsible for overseeing the Powertrain and Electronics (P&E) Test Lab operations to support development and certification testing of equipment and systems
- Manage test execution readiness strategies, including facility, equipment, and personnel readiness for testing
- Ensure compliance with internal safety guidelines, OSHA guidelines, and testing best practices
- Act as a liaison between the Testing Team, Facilities team, and Shipping and Receiving team for seamless operations
- Lead and manage the Test Operations team, including career growth planning, skills development, and performance reviews
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced Lab Manager with a track record of building and managing teams of technicians and supervisors in a high-tech R&D environment
- Skilled in developing and implementing test procedures and ensuring operational safety in a laboratory setting
- Strong organizational and process improvement skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficient in using tools like JIRA/Confluence for project management and documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating and implementing operating procedures
