- A bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, aerospace, or a relevant engineering discipline is essential for this role.
- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a high-volume, rapid production environment, particularly in manufacturing, integration, or design engineering.
- Proven experience in product development and process improvements is crucial for success in this position.
- Candidates should have a strong background in setting up manufacturing or production floors for first article builds.
- Experience in designing and implementing technologies for avionics subassembly manufacturing, including wire harness manufacturing and PCBA/mechanical enclosure assembly, is highly desirable.
