- Help design, build, and improve the new inference and ML computation platform, acting as a technical lead for implementation teams
- Work with management, product, and internal business partners to drive technical decisions based on business and market needs

- Provide empathetic leadership and mentorship to grow team skills and abilities
- Build products around a large range of ML models, including industry-leading research, safety, and fraud systems

- Experienced lead software engineer with a history of leading projects from inception to production, making technical decisions, and advising on staffing needs
- Deep understanding of architecting systems around various databases, datastores, networks, and caches
- Proficient in Go and Python, with the ability to pick up other languages as needed
- Familiar with building integrated test frameworks and using CI/CD systems
- Product-oriented mindset focused on great user experiences and building the best product possible
- Skilled at working cross-functionally, solving problems across teams, and providing empathetic conflict resolution
- Recent team leadership experience with a team of four or more people
