- Lead the development and implementation of integrated workflows and tools within the Infrastructure organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives to develop a strategic roadmap for implementing new tools and optimizing existing flows
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects related to integrated workflows and tools, defining project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify resource requirements, allocate tasks, and manage project resources effectively to ensure on-time delivery within budget constraints

- Experienced program/project manager with a background in complex product development programs
- Strong technical acumen and ability to engage on technical topics, typically with an Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams
- Effective communicator with the ability to structure internal and external communication
- Skilled in driving work in environments with ambiguity and unknowns
