- The Contracts and Proposal Manager will oversee all contracts, grants, and subawards awarded to LeoLabs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- This role involves monitoring deliverables, cost estimates, and documentation related to contracts and grants.
- The Manager will conduct organizational assessments of contracts and grants requirements and present findings to the Chief Legal Officer and Leadership Team.
- The position requires the establishment and enhancement of operational policies and procedures for the Legal Team and contracts/grants management.
- The Manager will also provide in-house training to staff on contractual and compliance topics, ensuring the team remains informed about industry changes.
