Join our Legal team in the summer of 2026 as a Legal Operations Intern and gain hands-on experience at the intersection of law, operations, and business. In this role, you will help keep our legal processes running smoothly, support cross-functional projects, and learn how a modern legal team operates inside a fast-moving company.

What You'll Do

Support legal processes and projects, including:

• Keeping contract records and agreements organized and up to date
• Updating and improving legal templates
• Helping manage and optimize legal tools like Lexion, Traact, and SharePoint
• Identifying opportunities to improve workflows or introduce helpful new tools

Collaborate across departments, including:

• Scheduling meetings with the right stakeholders and preparing agendas and notes
• Learning the basics of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and understanding how different teams work with Legal to stay compliant
• Working with the Legal-Contracts team to spot regulations or requirements that could affect commercial or international opportunities
