- The Robotics Engineering Intern will be integral to developing, testing, and refining guidance, navigation, and control software for robotic systems. - Interns will work directly alongside full-time engineers on real, engaging, and impactful projects that provide tangible value to Lunar Outpost products. - The internship offers an end-to-end experience that promotes collaboration in every stage of autonomous robotic development. - Key responsibilities include developing and implementing software for real-time robotic systems, focusing on algorithms related to motion control, path planning, and sensor integration. - Interns will participate in coding, testing, and debugging software modules using C++, Python, and ROS. - The role involves assisting in the simulation and testing of robotic systems to validate software functionality and system performance. - Collaboration with mechanical and electrical teams is essential to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware. - Documentation of software design, testing procedures, and results will contribute to technical reports and user manuals.
