Lyten is looking for a Commercial Legal Intern to support the legal team with ongoing commercial contracting and contract management activities due to increased business and vendor agreement volume. This work will contribute directly to improving contract turnaround time, standardization, and overall legal operational efficiency.
The internship will run for up to 12 weeks, including onboarding, active contract support work, process improvement initiatives, and a final presentation. The capstone project will focus on Commercial Contract Process Improvement and Clause Standardization to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and consistency in contract review processes.
The expected base salary range for this position is between $25.00 - $32.00. The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise. New hires joining the company tend to be paid within the starting base pay range noted above, with opportunities to increase pay over time based on development of additional skills, competencies, and company-specific knowledge.
