Lyten is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to own and scale end-to-end quality across battery materials, 3D graphene, and related advanced carbon products (Sensors, Composites, Concrete, etc). This role is accountable for building and operating a robust Quality Management System (QMS) that supports R&D-to-manufacturing transition, customer qualification, and volume production readiness.
The role partners deeply with R and D, Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials Science, and Supply Chain to ensure product integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement across all current and future products within Lyten's portfolio.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-scaling, deep-tech manufacturing environment.

The expected base salary range for this position is between
$155,200.00 - $232,800.00
The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise.
In addition to base pay this position is eligible for tier based bonus and equity, healthcare, dental, vision, corporate discounts, paid holidays, PTO and sick time, 401K, employee relocation plan (if applicable)
