- The Tax and Treasury Operations Manager will oversee tax compliance, treasury operations, and accounts payable functions within the Finance team.
- This role involves directing the completion of federal and state tax reporting requirements and managing all tax compliance matters, including engaging third-party service providers.
- The candidate will be responsible for monitoring tax law changes and assessing their impact on the company, as well as driving improvements to the company's overall tax position.
- In treasury operations, the manager will manage processes related to cash and investments, debt, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- The role includes managing accounts payable, ensuring the accuracy of vendor invoices, and generating timely payments in accordance with payment terms.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of general tax and/or accounting experience, demonstrating a strong background in tax compliance and treasury operations.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is required, with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred.
- The successful candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in managing a team and motivating team members to collaborate effectively is essential for this role.
- A strong working knowledge of Excel and attention to detail are critical for ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance matters.
