- Lead a team of embedded software engineers in the development and certification of avionics software systems

- Skilled in mentoring and empowering team members to excel and grow, with a leadership style that is inclusive and collaborative
- Proficient in C++, Python, and Model-Based Development using MatLab, with a solid understanding of DO-178c standards
- Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a focus on team empowerment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, or a related field
