  • Drive product requirements for enterprise-grade features including container security scanning, registry management, cluster orchestration, and compliance frameworks
  • Define integration strategies between Container Solutions and k0rdent platform to deliver unified container management experiences
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery and high quality of product releases and updates
  • Translate customer feedback and market insights into actionable product features and prioritized development plans

Customer Transition & Migration Leadership:

  • Develop migration guides, best practices, and transition tooling to facilitate smooth customer upgrades
  • Work directly with customer success teams to understand migration challenges and address technical blockers
  • Create compelling business cases and ROI models for customers considering container platform transitions
  • Support complex customer migrations through direct engagement and technical consultation

Go-to-Market Support:

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop positioning and messaging for Container Solutions across key use cases including secure container registries, enterprise container runtimes, and Kubernetes orchestration
  • Enable sales teams with technical collateral, competitive positioning, and solution architecture guidance
  • Support customer engagements from technical discovery through proof-of-concept and deployment planning
  • Contribute to product launch activities and coordinate release communications

Customer & Market Insight:

  • Engage directly with DevOps teams, platform engineers, and IT administrators to understand container infrastructure pain points and workflow requirements
  • Monitor competitive landscape including Docker Enterprise, Red Hat OpenShift, and cloud-native container services
  • Identify trends in container security, compliance requirements, and enterprise containerization adoption patterns
  • Gather and analyze customer usage data and feedback to inform product improvements and roadmap decisions

Cross Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure product usability, security, and enterprise-grade reliability
  • Coordinate with support and customer success teams to address product issues and enhance customer experience
  • Align product priorities with Mirantis' partner ecosystem and open-source community contributions
  • Champion customer requirements across the organization to ensure solutions address real-world enterprise challenges

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in container technologies, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise IT platforms
  • Strong technical understanding of Docker containers, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, and container orchestration concepts
  • Experience with container registries, image scanning, and container security best practices
  • Proven track record managing product transitions, customer migrations, and version upgrades in enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with DevOps, platform engineering, and IT operations personas and their operational challenges
  • Experience in go-to-market activities, product positioning, and supporting sales processes
  • Strong technical fluency in cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, and enterprise security frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving consensus without direct authority

Bonus Qualifications:
