✨ About The Role
- Responsible for driving growth for Muon Space in the DoD/IC sector through customer engagement, pipeline development, and capture efforts
- Lead the development and execution of a cohesive strategy for target organizations
- Identify new opportunities, lead capture activities, and support company growth targets
- Collaborate with various departments including Engineering, Technology, Legal, and Finance on opportunities
- Lead proposals, engage with engineering on technical solutions, and manage opportunities using Muon Space's tools and processes

- Experienced professional with 8+ years in aerospace/defense, including 1+ years in Business Development and 5+ years in a technical role
- Ability to take ownership, build and execute plans with minimal oversight, and lead through uncertainty
- Demonstrated success in capturing space business within the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC)
- Strong emotional intelligence to interact effectively with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and customers
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and willing to travel up to 35% of the time
