- The Channel Director will work closely with the Sales and Technical teams to build a strong pipeline of channel-led business in the EU.
- The role involves developing a regional channel partner strategy and recruiting targeted channel partners for the Nozomi Networks' channel program.
- Ongoing technical and sales enablement of the channel partner ecosystem will be a key responsibility.
- The candidate will manage channel and technology partner relationships and present regular metrics reporting by partner.
- Exceeding quarterly results for sales bookings and meeting or exceeding channel-specific Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) is expected.
- The role requires learning new and emerging technologies and staying current with information security news, techniques, and trends.
- Attendance at industry trade shows and security-related conferences will support the activities of the role.
- Collaboration with Marketing to design and implement promotions, campaigns, and awareness with channel partners is essential.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Proven sales experience in technology software or information security is essential for success in this role.

- Strong relationships with existing channel partners in the region will be crucial for building a successful channel program.
- The candidate should be able to demonstrate experience in building and managing a regional channel program for a software vendor, ideally in IT, IoT, or OT Security.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with partners, colleagues, and customers on a daily basis.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, along with at least one of the following languages: French, German, or Italian, is required.
- A willingness to travel extensively, often with short notice, is expected from the candidate.
