As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our Professional Services department is hiring a Learning Experience Designer. We're looking for a proactive, creative, and technically savvy professional who can champion our approach to product education, and help us develop experiences that inspire curiosity, drive growth, and make a positive impact.

As a member of the team, you will collaborate cross-functionally to design, develop, and maintain content that teaches our audience how to successfully configure, manage, and use the Nozomi Networks platform.

You will be responsible for understanding audience needs, identifying gaps, analyzing engagement and effectiveness, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our learning experiences, systems, tools, and operations.

In this role, you will:

  • Share ownership for the Academy learning experience and outcomes
  • Work with internal cross-functional partners, including but not limited to, Professional Services, Product, Engineering, and Marketing
  • Perform needs assessments to uncover content coverage gaps, necessary updates, and new content development opportunities
  • Define learning objectives and outcomes to ensure consistency and effectiveness of developed learning content
  • Design, develop, and maintain content including, but not limited to, on-demand courses, lessons, videos, lab activities, and presentations
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of developed learning content, using LMS-based engagement data analytics, and post-course survey feedback
  • Contribute to maintenance of systems, tools, and operations including, but not limited to, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Skilljar, and Cloudshare

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

  • A demonstrated understanding of adult learning theory
  • Proven experience in scaled content design and development
  • An understanding of data analysis concepts, tasks, and practices
  • Familiarity with graphic and video production tools and techniques (i.e. Camtasia, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
  • Proficiency with understanding and communicating technical topics
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A collaborative, coachable mindset

Nozomi Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base pay scale for this position is $87,100 to $98,980. This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors. Additional Compensation and Benefits: The company also offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance for eligible employees. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in the company's equity program and/or variable bonus program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
