- The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, preferably with a technical certification or an associate degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the assembly and repair of mechanical and electrical systems is essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency with metal and woodworking tools, as well as experience with machine shop tools and welding, is highly desirable.
- The candidate should have experience with electrical wiring, soldering, and cable/harness assembly.
- A passion for hands-on work and a willingness to engage in field-testing and troubleshooting is crucial.
