✨ About The Role
- The Backend Software Engineer will be responsible for building software at scale to transform how organizations use data
- Involved in the entire product lifecycle from idea generation to production delivery, collaborating closely with technical and non-technical teammates
- Will work on infrastructure teams responsible for the lowest layers of the software stack, focusing on database technologies, distributed systems, large scale data systems, security, and application infrastructure

- Experienced software engineer with a background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or a similar field
- Proficient in backend languages such as Java, Rust, and Go with a strong coding skill set
- Skilled in developing and managing highly-available distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and technical tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of individuals, iterate quickly with teammates, and maintain a high bar for quality
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and concepts, write defensive code, and build solutions with users in mind
