✨ About The Role
- Integral role in the Sales Finance team, responsible for implementing the global incentive compensation program
- Collaborate with key business partners to ensure accurate calculation and timely payment of commissions
- Review and maintain data required for commission calculations, troubleshoot variances, and provide resolutions
- Conduct in-depth analysis on compensation data sets to provide critical information for informed business decisions
- Assist in the implementation and administration of compensation plans, policies, and programs
âš¡ Requirements
- Experience in business operations within a fast-paced environment, preferably with knowledge of sales compensation, FP&A, or finance operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills to perform in-depth analysis on compensation data sets
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot system and data variances while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
- Strong collaborative abilities and capacity to learn new skills and technologies to deliver effective solutions
- Comfortable working in complex and ambiguous environments, with a track record of success
