✨ About The Role
- The Proposal Writer will be responsible for serving as the primary author of Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), and other capture opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to match proposal language that resonates with customers and effectively deliver content that aligns with their business goals/needs
- Translate technical concepts into easily digestible reading materials for a variety of audiences and create persuasive content showcasing the company's products' strengths and capabilities
- Build templates and content from scratch that is easily modifiable across a variety of proposals and request for content
- The role requires the ability to make decisions independently, wear many hats, and adapt to new business challenges while growing skills and domain expertise on the job

- Experienced proposal writer with at least 2 years of experience in drafting and editing proposals for US Government contracts
- Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and convey them through concise and compelling written communication
- Strong collaborator who can work across departments and roles to produce high-quality content that requires input from multiple stakeholders
- Detail-oriented individual with the capability to turn complex technical concepts into persuasive proposals and other business documentation
- Mission-driven teammate who can jump into any writing project with enthusiasm and produce qualitative outputs within tight deadlines
