- The Senior Government Contracts Strategist at Palantir will play a critical role in enabling the company to navigate the U.S. Government acquisitions lifecycle and fulfill contractual obligations across a diverse and expanding portfolio of Government partnerships - Responsibilities include driving acquisition and pricing strategies, identifying new contract vehicles, facilitating proposal preparation and contract negotiations, and managing relationships with senior leaders and procurement office representatives at government agencies - The role involves staying up to date on relevant legal frameworks such as FAR, DFARS, and OTAs, and assisting in strategy development for new business opportunities aligned with short-term and long-term goals - The position offers opportunities for career growth and impact, working directly on high-value contracts pre- and post-award, with a focus on developing acquisition strategies and building pricing strategies for proposals - The successful candidate will need to be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and have the ability to think creatively and work collaboratively with teams across the business to achieve desired outcomes

- Experienced government contracting professional with 7+ years of relevant experience in government, industry, or both, ideally with a focus on U.S. Government acquisitions and Department of Defense (DoD) contracts - Detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills, capable of leading actions to achieve desired outcomes and excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think creatively, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and navigate a fast-paced environment while maintaining intricate knowledge of contracts portfolio - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for pricing builds and with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset - Availability outside of standard business hours as needed to handle urgent and time-sensitive team matters, and possessing an active security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
