- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in finance and/or accounting within a US multi-national company. - A strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS is required, and knowledge of share-based payments is a plus. - The role demands a detail-oriented individual who can function effectively in a dynamic environment while managing key deliverables. - The ability to prepare financial data with accuracy and integrity is crucial for success in this position. - Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to leverage data when necessary are highly valued. - Experience with NetSuite and Workiva is highly desirable, and a Chartered Accountant or CPA qualification is preferred. - The candidate should be proactive in seeking process improvements and comfortable engaging cross-functionally on automation initiatives. - The role involves supporting the accounting and reporting processes for assigned countries, ensuring compliance with all reporting requirements. - The successful candidate will be a key player in the Finance team, empowered to challenge the status quo and collaborate across the business.
