- The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will partner with software engineers, product managers, quality engineers, and designers to drive key product deliverables through the software development cycle.
- The role involves synthesizing concrete technical goals from product vision and mapping global product strategy to team tasks and issues.
- The TPM will be responsible for keeping a broad and complete state of all projects, pre-empting and resolving any issues that may steer projects off-course.
- Enhancing cross-team collaboration and improving efficiency by addressing miscommunication or lack of coordination is a key responsibility.
- The TPM will work with customer-facing engineering teams on the adoption, rollout, and support of the product.
