✨ About The Role
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for creating product visions, defining and executing strategy, and roadmap for Pison’s SaaS and hardware offerings
This role involves leading the product development process from initial concept and ideation through to implementation and post-launch optimization, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that SaaS products meet market needs and drive business growth
Key responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing competition, gathering insights, and validating product assumptions with early-stage customer engagement
The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to share the product strategy, align with business objectives, and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery
Additionally, they will lead the product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch analysis, monitoring and analyzing product performance to optimize outcomes and incorporate customer feedback into the product development process
âš¡ Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on SaaS and hardware products, demonstrating success in managing the entire product lifecycle and delivering successful products to market
Strong understanding of SaaS and hardware product development, with exceptional project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
Experience in a high-growth technology company or startup environment is highly desirable, along with proficiency in product management tools and methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred
