About the Role:

The Sales Enablement Specialist is dedicated to empowering Planet's internal sales team and supporting our external partner network to achieve conversational readiness—the ability to confidently and effectively navigate any sales conversation with the right buyer at the right time—and excel in value selling activities. Under the direction of the Head of Sales Enablement and in close coordination with the Enablement team, this role is responsible for designing and developing standardized enablement programming that equips sales professionals to lead with Planet's unique value proposition, while also maintaining and enhancing enablement assets and the coursework environment for accuracy, efficiency, and overall usability.

A critical responsibility of this role is to ensure reps are adept at conducting deep discovery, skillfully presenting relevant use cases, and precisely aligning solutions to tangible business impact and value, while also demonstrating expertise in driving adoption and strategic use of a comprehensive sales tech stack, including Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clari, and ideally Skilljar. These efforts are paramount for driving performance improvement and process excellence across cross-functional commercial teams, including Sales, Sales Managers, SDR Managers, the Partner Team, and Global Customer Success.

This is a full-time, hybrid role which will require you to work from our Berlin office 3 days per week.

Impact You'll Own:

  • Design, build, and program manage sales enablement initiatives.
  • Own key enablement programs, including onboarding, ramping, technical product training, and LMS maintenance.
  • Drive adoption, best practices, and strategic use of sales tools to impact revenue.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training content and assessments.
  • Act as the sales team's primary support for enablement needs.
  • Maintain and optimize enablement assets and systems for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify enablement needs through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of learning paths and training artifacts.
  • Support enhancements to company products and business practices.
  • Exhibit superior adaptability and proactive problem-solving in an ambiguous environment.
  • Partner with the Head of Sales Enablement on strategic initiatives, including assessment design and annual scope planning.
  • Participate in sales coaching, evaluations, and call reviews.

What You Bring:

  • 6+ years of dedicated experience in sales enablement or a closely related sales capacity, preferably within a SaaS or DaaS enterprise environment.
  • Expertise and proven experience driving adoption and strategic use of a comprehensive sales tech stack, including: Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clari, and ideally Skilljar.
  • Experience in cross-functional project or program management.
  • Ability to develop and deliver engaging training, including classroom instruction.
  • Familiarity and working knowledge of Instructional Design and design authoring tools (ex: Rise)
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Proficiency in another language besides English, ideally German, French, or Spanish.
  • Certification in a sales methodology (e.g. Challenger, MEDPICC, Sandler, etc.)
