✨ About The Role
- The Spacecraft Test Technician will support the Acceptance, Testing, and Integration (AI&T) line for Planet's satellite constellation.
- Responsibilities include coordinating and leading environmental test campaigns and participating in their planning.
- The role involves supporting functional and environmental testing, as well as assisting with test fixture development and assembly.
- Maintenance of the Environmental Lab is part of the job duties.
- The technician will design and test equipment for the transportation of spacecraft and subsystems.
- Implementing 5S methodology in the qualification lab and model shop is expected.
- The technician will also design, assemble, and test tools and equipment necessary for spacecraft launch integration.
- Support for launch integration activities is a critical aspect of this role.
