About the Role:

We are looking for a Working Student, Talent Operations to support the Talent Operations team by completing recruitment coordination tasks and executing various operational tasks across the business to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. The Talent Operations team is a lean, 3 person team located in the United States. The Talent Operations team sits within the Talent Acquisition team, with team members distributed globally in Europe, the US, and Canada.

This role combines traditional recruiting coordination responsibilities with additional duties focused on enhancing operational excellence, such as project/program management and process improvement. This role will appeal to candidates who enjoy fixing and prioritizing things and are interested in the operations & program side of Talent Acquisition. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable global experience at a dynamic tech company in a rapidly evolving function.

This is a part-time, in-office position based in our Berlin office 20 hours per week.

Impact You'll Own:

  • Work directly with Talent Partners, hiring teams and candidates to schedule, coordinate (including travel), and confirm multi-stage interviews, including phone screens, video calls and in-person interviews.
  • Meet and greet candidates in person at our Berlin office.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and resolving candidate inquiries regarding their interviews.
  • Identify opportunities and improvements to streamline and optimize the coordination processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and programs in collaboration with Talent Operations and other cross-functional stakeholders.

What You Bring:

  • Currently enrolled full-time in a program at an accredited university.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Working proficiency in English, the language of the company.
  • Excellent communication skills—interpersonal, asynchronous, verbal, and written.
  • Experience with Slack, Google Suite (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Zoom, or similar.
  • Project management skills, with experience contributing or leading group projects and/or initiatives.
  • Ability to think critically and creatively when problem-solving.
  • Ability to provide a positive customer service experience.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Experience scheduling candidates both physical on-sites and remote interviews.
  • Knowledge of recruiting processes and cycles.
  • Experience designing processes, workflows, or writing policies.
  • Experience with people systems, such as an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, etc.) or an HRIS (BambooHR, Workday, UKG, etc.)
