We are seeking a CAM/ Program Support Specialist to show initiative and exercise judgement. You will design, develop, analyze, troubleshoot and provide technical skills during research and/or product development, analyze effects of projects upon various areas such as Engineering, Facilities, and the labor pool to determine the most practical and cost-efficient methods to obtain the required resources and design systems, software and equipment layout. Participating on the engineering work team, you'll develop, implement, install, test, modify and/or operate complex equipment and systems as well as support other team members concerning experiment design, materials, equipment setup/maintenance and related issues.

What you bring to the table:

• A Bachelor's of Science or Technology degree, a related specialized area or field (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project.
• Strong facilitation and organizational skills for reporting, scheduling, and material tracking.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, engaged, and assertive approach to work.
• Knowledge of Agile and risk management concepts.

This position is on-site, you will be a part of the Pittsfield, MA location.

Salary Note

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

Combined Salary Range

USD $90,359.00 - USD $97,771.00 /Yr.
