High School diploma or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. An AA degree or certification in manufacturing area preferred. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

We apply advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, AR/VR, Cloud Native and Quantum Physics to solve our customers' missions in cyber, RF, undersea, interstellar and everything in between.As the Principal Manufacturing/Production Operator, you'll perform highly specialized and very complex manufacturing or production project assignments of an advanced nature ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on complex electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Basically, you'll participate with a concurrent design team, which includes performing very complex state of the art advanced fabrication or inspection functions in a research, production or pre-production environment. We'll also expect you to build or integrate complex hardware for prototypes, assemblies and large complex systems, as well as build complex RF, multi-function cables and harnesses. What You Bring to the Table

• High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. An AA degree or certification in manufacturing area preferred
• Proficient manufacturing process skills
• Ability to interpret highly complex documents, work instructions, engineering change notices, test procedures and schematics

Salary Note

Combined Salary Range

USD $35.08 - USD $37.63 /Hr.
