Basic Qualifications

Responsibilities for this Position

Representative Duties and Tasks:

• Provides company-wide support services and day to day stewardship over our Enterprise BD Opportunity Management system, Policies, Processes, Templates, and Tools.
• Manages updates, changes, and modifications to the Enterprise BD Opportunity Management system to improve functionality, capture of meaningful data, and support changes in BD policies and processes.
• Supports periodic reporting of business development activities
• Responds to ad hoc requests for reports and measurements on specific business development activities
• Supports Enterprise Business Development training activities
• Ensures Enterprise BD Operation's master consultant agreements remain current and active.
• Processes Enterprise BD Operation's Purchase Orders through the appropriate Supply Chain & Finance workflows.
• Establishes New Business Funds project tasks when requested plus monitors and reports usage against budgets.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Fully proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other IT systems used in their position
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to represent organization as a principle contact on assigned projects
• Ability to effectively perform with little instruction on day-to-day work and general instructions on new assignments
• Ability to accept and execute assignments that are defined in terms of activities and objectives
• Fully proficient ability to schedule and arrange own activities in accomplishing objectives
• Fully proficient skills and ability to select methods and techniques for obtaining solutions to a variety of complex problems
• Ability to interpret and follow policies, processes, and procedures and apply established precedents
• Fully proficient understanding of business development and capture process
• Demonstrates understanding of business strategies and technical issues as they relate to business growth
• Ability to manage work at a level where erroneous decisions or failure to achieve objectives would normally have a serious effect upon the administration of the organization
• Ability to interact with senior internal personnel on matters requiring coordination between organizations
• Ability to work effectively in a highly interactive team environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different elements of a business organization

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Business Development Operations support is desired.

Citizenship: Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Salary Note

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

Combined Salary Range

USD $79,360.00 - USD $85,870.00 /Yr.
