✨ About The Role

- The People Operations Specialist will drive the day-to-day operations of the People Operations team. - This role involves owning and evolving the global onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. - The candidate will provide support across the full employee lifecycle and assist with performance management cases. - The role includes managing Learning & Development activities and coaching people managers. - The specialist will be responsible for maintaining the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and employee records. - Staying updated on employment legislation in the countries of operation is a key responsibility. - The role will also involve generating people metrics reporting to share actionable insights with managers.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of progressive experience in People operations or HR roles. - Strong experience in performance management and employee relations is essential for success in this position. - The candidate should possess a heavy commercial focus and a proven track record of developing and implementing People programs that align with business objectives. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are necessary to influence across all levels of the organization. - The ability to balance staff needs and wants while shaping effective solutions is crucial for this role. - A strong knowledge of HR systems and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance people operations will be beneficial.
