System Administrator - MES, Procurement, TestOps:

Radiant is seeking a Systems Administrator to own and administer core operational systems supporting Manufacturing Execution (MES), Quality Management, and Test Operations. In this role, you will ensure that the digital backbone of our manufacturing environment is reliable, scalable, compliant, and aligned with production needs. You will work cross-functionally with Manufacturing Engineering, Inventory, Quality, and Test Engineering, and you'll be a key technical contributor, ensuring our systems are secure, scalable, and reliable. You will have an opportunity to work in an interdisciplinary environment, with a high degree of ownership and drive, to advance milestones toward the commercialization of the first mass-produced nuclear reactor.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Administer and maintain Radiant's Manufacturing Execution System (MES), including configuration, user access, workflows, and integrations.

• Oversee the Purchasing module within ERP or related systems, ensuring alignment with supply chain processes.

• Support and maintain systems used for Test Operations, including data capture, traceability, and reporting.

• Configure workflows, user roles, permissions, and system logic to support production and testing processes.

• Monitor system health, resolve incidents, and perform root cause analysis on system-related disruptions.

• Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and version releases with minimal operational impact.

• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and data backup procedures for manufacturing-critical systems.

• Act as the bridge between business process owners and external system enhancements and integration efforts.

• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend system-based improvements.

• Develop system documentation, SOPs, and user training materials.

• Build access control, audit logs, and traceability required for regulated manufacturing.

• Ensure system configurations align with internal compliance requirements and export control constraints.

• Support audit compliance readiness and security - access documentation around manufacturing systems.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience administering enterprise systems in a manufacturing environment.

• Direct experience with MES platforms (inclusive of early-stage systems, mid-market systems, and enterprise level systems).

• Experience supporting QMS issues and corrective actions, ERP purchasing, supply chain, or inventory modules.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, BOMs, routings, traceability, production control, kitting, and material movement.

• Ability to translate manufacturing processes into system configurations.

• Experience working cross-functionally with operations and engineering teams.

• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

• Experience with Microsoft O365 Gov, and other collaboration technologies.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience supporting test operations or production test data systems.

• Familiarity with integrating MES and QMS systems.

• Experience in hardware, aerospace, nuclear, defense, or other regulated industries.

• Exposure to automation or PLC-connected environments.

• Working knowledge of scripting or automation tools for system administration.

• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations.

• Familiarity working with both cloud and on prem infrastructure.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as necessary to accomplish our mission.

• Must work 100% onsite at El Segundo HQ.
