✨ About The Role
- The Joint Air Operations Planner (JAOP) will lead long-range and near-term planning for Joint Air Operations.
- Responsibilities include conducting detailed Mission Analysis and analyzing foreign military operations to assess threats.
- The role involves ensuring that plan annexes are well-written and coordinated, and that associated requirements are recognized and resourced.
- The planner will support the annual process for joint planning in alignment with the Combatant Command Pacing Operations Plan (OPLAN).
- The position requires collaboration with various air staff and coalition planners to develop and maintain the Joint Air Operations Plan (JAOP).

- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a military air operations planner, preferably as a pilot, weapons officer, or flight officer.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working in an Air Force Air Operations Center (AOC) is essential for this role.
- Candidates should possess a strong understanding of the Joint Operations Planning Process Air (JOPPA) and related planning processes.
- Proficiency in commonly used business products, including Microsoft Office, is required, with at least 3 years of experience.
- A bachelor's degree is necessary, and an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility is mandatory.
